Have you been having a hard time getting up in the morning? Noticed any changes? We've been dealing with the non-ending oppressive heat and humidity and then -- it hits -- the sluggishness -- energy levels are down -- you feel like you can't get caught up, not enough hours in the day, and thoughts of sleeping in for just a few more minutes creep into your brain.

It's back-to-school time. Families are coping with all sorts of things that can be tough to deal with. The kids are all excited and wound up. Families are dealing with bus schedules, classroom schedules, sports activities, before-school stuff, after-school stuff, and homework assignments.
Adapting to this shift can be a challenge. It takes a lot of pre-planning and using your organizational skills.
